Hello sorry to be so lax doing my blog. We were in Apache Junction until March 1st 2011. We stayed at Carefree Manor and just loved it. The people were terrific,we have made some good friends. We loved it so much we have booked for next year.It was so handy for shops and visiting and extra things to do. We spent a day going to the Museum of Musical instruments in Pheonix, it was excellent. Instruments from all around the world, videos and info about them and the countries they came from. It was a huge place, our legs were worn out. Apart from a few cool days after New Year and a couple at the end of Feb the weather has been in the 70f to 75F range. My sister Sue and her husband Doug came and spent some time with us,we did some tourist things which was nice.Molly has just loved the trip. I think she misses her little buddys since we left AJ. We are at Lake Havasu now, it is vey windy today but 78F. The motor home is rocking a bit.We were here before so we are just relaxing and enjoying the scenery. We keep hearing about the weather at home and in other places. What a winter it has been, even in places where it is usually nice. We have really enjoyed the motorhome, we dont feel like we are cramped and we have all we need to be comfortable. We are going to stay around here or over into California for a few more weeks and then head north. We cant set off too soon because of the cooler weather, our unit is not winterized and we dont want to freeze up.This year we need to get home to sell the house and for Frank to get his knee replaced. We hope you are all well and we appreciate our friends who have helped us out on the home front. We will see you all soon.

Well Christmas is over and it was terrific. Christmas Eve we got together with our new friends at the RV park and we had a full Turkey dinner (Pot Luck). We sat outside and enjoyed good food and excellent company. We laughed all night. Christmas day we went to Devon and Fawns and spent some time with the children and then we were all invited to Devons mums for dinner. We enjoyed a lovley dinner outside it was 72F. After dinner we went inside and opened stockings. We were very blessed to recieve gifts from Vanessa who is Devons mum.Frank and all the other boys got remote controlled helicopters which was a riot, they were flying round the family room.Christmas was so wonderful because of these lovley people who included us in their family circle. We spent the last couple of days just hanging out at the Motorhome.I am going to my weekly Bingo game tonight, I won 16 dollars last week.We hope to see Sue and doug in the next week. They are about two hours away.We really like it here in Apache Junction and we are staying until the end of Jan and we are already talking about coming back here next year.We hope you all had wonderful holidays and Santa was good to you. We dont know what we are doing for New Year yet but I am sure we will have fun. Take care of each other . Lots of Love

Hello from Apache Junction in AZ. We have been here since the 3rd Dec. We are in an RV park called Carefree Manor ... I know it sounds like a old folks home. It is a really nice park and our neighbours are terrific. We are only 30mins from Devon and Fawn Mortenson, in fact our first week down here we stayed in Devons mums Orange Grove. We have done some neat Christmas things, we went to a Christmas Parade, Pheonix Zoo to see the Zoo Lights, that was so neat and also Mesa Temple lights.People love decorating down here and it shows. We have been to a couple of Family gatherings with the Mortensons, we have been welcomed just like family and enjoyed spending time with them. Devon and Fawn have quite the family of their own 4 boys age 10 -8 --6--4. all adopted and three little foster girls age 4-1 and 2months.. This young couple have hearts so big I am humbled to know them. The weather has been in the 80F range but today it rained and it was only 62F It is hard to think its nearly Christmas with hot sunny weatherThere is lots to do around here and the RV park has a full activity calander which has somthing for everyone. Hello from Arizona. We are about 60 miles outside Ph0enix at a place called Salome. We have been here a week. It is a small campsite but very friendly. On Thursday for Thanksgiving they had a potluck dinner which was great. It has been cold this week in fact last night was a record low.It killed flowers and the dogs water bowl was solid ice. It is warmer today but they say a cold snap is coming again next week. We are heading for Mesa tomorrow to see our friends The Mortensons which we are really looking forward to.We are all well and happy. Molly has been a terrific traveler and has made a lot of new friends, some with two legs others with four.We had our first dinner guests last night a couple from the San Francisco area. It felt a bit more like home having people over. Please keep sending e-mail or facebook as I really enjoy hearing from you all. We have a new baby in the family Craig and Blyth have a new son Kade Bronson he was born six hours after his daddys 40th birthday. What a special birthday gift even though it was a bit late. We went to Quartside the other day, if you like garage sales you would love this place. People sell everything from soup to nuts. I will add some pictures next time I promise. Love to all.

I got so excited about having a Wi Fi connection the other day I missed out part of our news. We had a couple of the boys drop by to see us in Utah. Mark Rose,Mat Bingham and Kyle Gebbs came to see us.It is so good to see the boys in their own hometowns. They are all doing so well and we loved catching up with all the news.We had a lovely visit with our dear friends Paige and Kalani and their cute kids. We had a super supper visit with Todd Baxter and his new wife Jaylyn. We could not have missed visiting with Branden and his cute family even though he is still teasing me about my accent. We are still in Lake Havasu the weather is in the 70s. We are leaving here tomorrow to go to a place called Salome where we are staying a week. That will be nice I can set up my outside with the chairs ect. All the campgrounds have pot luck dinner for Thanksgiving which is next Thurs so that should be nice. Although we are trying to see as many boys as possible we wont be able to see them all this winter, I hope you wont be mad at us if we missed you, there is always next year.We are going to go grocery shopping for next weeks meals as we wont be near a big centre next week.We are well and happy. Love to all.
